Being a poor college student I have to get creative from time to time with the ingredients I have. With chicken in the freezer, bell peppers in the fridge, and soy sauce and onions in my pantry, I knew it was time for some fajitas! At 4:30 in the afternoon, after just getting home from a long day at school, I started thawing the chicken and preparing the marinade, quickly getting excited to see how it would taste later that evening.
